Where can I find out how to send surfers to another page if the page has been removed and they get a 404 error

For the various errors:

ErrorDocument 400 http://www.yourredirecthere.com
ErrorDocument 401 http://www.yourredirecthere.com
ErrorDocument 403 http://www.yourredirecthere.com
ErrorDocument 404 http://www.yourredirecthere.com
ErrorDocument 500 http://www.yourredirecthere.com

Just add them in and you're done.
