Webmasters and content producers don't sell content on clips4sale.com, this guy is a scammer to say the least. He doesn't pay his store owners (clients) for every sale coming out of your store, then he takes 40 percent on top of that for selling on his site. four of my friends desided to try this guy out and so we signed up to this site to sell clips thinking we would make money which we did at first. The customer list we had actually grew to over 1000 downloaders then we found out that the webmaster scams all the sales from your store while you think the site is down for some godly unknown stupid reason he creates every other month or so. We found out that sales were coming in from our clips which his biller was taking transactions out of our store while he had his site down a number of times for stupid excuses. This guy runs this site out of Florida and will call and harrass you if you piss him off as well!. Beware of this asshole don't deal with Clips4sale. Then when we canceled our accounts and told him to take a hike, he wouldn't pay us for our sales for that month!. We also found out he continued to keep our stores open and sold our content. We had to send him a nice letter in the mail!. This dude is a scammer bottom line!. Don't do it if your smart.!

I'll second the "don't deal with" suggestion. This clips4sale guy offered a link exchange with several of my blogs. He sent *very* few hits and then silently removed my links.

Didn't you scam some designer(s)? Always funny when a scammer gets scammed.

I just talked to the owner of http://www.clips4sale.com He says you were using stolen content. Tell the whole story if your going to tell it. Just because you still want to sell content on Clips4Sale and can't, doesn't mean you should lie and not tell the whole story.

This happened 8 months ago. Why bring this on to GFY now? Why don't you tell everybody that you were using stolen content and that is why your store was shutdown? Why do you lie about Clips4Sale stealing sales from you when they didn't?

I can't believe a scammer like you is calling someone else a scammer.

I know the owner and he is a good guy! He is not a scammer at all!!

He did have some problems with the site a while back, but it was with the Merchant Account, he lost one becuase of people putting up content they shouldn't have and he lost the Merchant, but everythign is back up and running fine.

Well if hes a good guy then he certainly has some pr issues cause not everyone thinks alike...

I use his site, plus i know many many people who use his site and have never had any problems. My GF is also a model and has worked with a bunch of producers that use his site and they all rave about it.

I do not know one person who has complained about him or his site. I know plenty of people who make a GREAt living off just selling clips through clips4sale.

I use his site as well, and make some nice coin. Neil (the owner) has always been a stand up guy. He responds to e-mails quickly, and he will call you if there is a problem on the site (not about getting paid, but a function). Money comes when it's supposed to, and I know a number of other's who also use Clips4Sale, and make some nice money.

Yes, there was a problem where Clips4Sale lost their merchant account because of Peta. For those of you who haven't a clue, PETA was going around threatening a number of websites, and clips4sale for the bug crushing, and so forth. As well, VISA doesn't allow certain things. I can't remember the whole list, but if you sell it, and they find out, you will lose your account. However, that was earlier this year, and he was down for a few months, had people remove the bug stomping, and whatever else was causing the problem, picked up a new bank, and he's been back in business for 3-4 months now.

Bank wires come on time, no shams, Neil fixes things when they come up, and over all other than the few months down, has been a pleasant working relationship. Been with them since Jan of this year.

I am sure if you are having a problem with Neil/Clips4Sale there is a reason behind it, and more to the story you are not telling us.

Another at-a-boy for Neil from Clips4sale from me. I've had some clip stores on his site for years and still get sales every day.

I know quite a few regular girls that have their own sites and also sell their content on his site...all thumbs up.

I've watched him constantly improve his site and he constantly sends email updates to his clip store owners.

Yeha we used to make nice coin as well, the problem is, something fishy was going on with the clip stores, I've had my merchant account for years, never had an issue regarding anything, and all of a sudden he makes the excuse that he has to take down the stores cause he lost his merchant account?.. lol yeha.. its a ploy he does to reap sales from certian, or all stores for 3 months while you sit back and wait for any sales. Yeha we made nice money, but I also don't ask to be called at home and harrassed over emailing customers (email lists that he offeres) himself on his own sites, then when you send out mailers, or spam to them, he gets pissed.. That after raising some questions about his merchant account situation, I waited and waited and for months had no more sales. I dont care what you all say abou thim, it was a big scam. Alot of people lost money cause of it. Also his last email to me was (go fuck yourself) I'm not paying you any more. When someone is shamming people they will be on the definsive quickly. My whole issue is not the site, its what he did to us (me) eroticsalina.com and a couple other girls that used his site. I think we had 5 stores going. We were not paid our 200 bucks, and he made the excuse that he has to hold it for 6 months.. I waited for 6 months and nothing.. Now I am posting about it. Yes maby 80 percent of his clients are happy, but like me there are always some that are not!. My advise is to not put in alot of time with this guy (which I did) because down the road you might get screwed. And for the record I never claimed that he never paid on time. Its just that when you cancel your stores on him, he will not pay you what he owes you for the last month.

Niel said he had issues with his MC/VISA account.. Must have been doing some fishy stuff to get into that situation.. Im just glad I got out, and no I do not want to run or use his services ever again. I'm just sorry I left my content up so long.. I bet he's still running my content somewhere on his site in one of his personal stores.

I heard fishy stories about smvcash. Do a search on your name. If photogregg says he's a good man i trust him on his word, he's a worthy person into my eyes.

Neil sent out e-mails explaining what happened with the merchant account, and it had nothing to do with what HE was doing, it had to do with PETA, and what some of the stores were doing.

Clips4Sale was not the only one in the crosshairs of PETA. One of my other hosts had been contacted around the same time in regards to bug crushing, torture, or some fucked up micro fetish stuff. To my understanding from the various sources, PETA basically said take the shit down, or off your hosts, or we go to VISA. Clips4Sale was hit by this.

Neil had explained, both in e-mails sent to stores, as well as any personal questions, or correspondance you sent him asking, what the issues were. It had nothing to do with shams, it had to do with getting another bank. When he reopened, with the new bank. He specifically clarified that there were no (fill inthe blank) stores allowed because of the previous problem.

While I have heard some of the other 'circumstances' to your grief with Neil, I will not get into that, but stick to the topic at hand. Mainly Clips4Sale being a stand up company where you can make some nice coin.
