The thing about FTV is the pics in their FHGs are such poor quality it really doesn't give a surfer a chance to see how good the FTV content is. Try using the free content. It is great.

ya i was getting a bunch of errors yesterday when i was updating one of my sites. and the gals were slow loading.

maybe his mysql server. dunno

they do have some great content ... I favor www.lia19.com myself .. not sure why ... :winkwink:

Strange... I thumbed a bunch this afternoon... a bit slow early on, but no other problems then.

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll notify Lagwagon. I agree though the FHG's aren't so great. If you can make your own... the better.

why not put in a system that makes static html pages instead of using php/mysql that can crash?

no idea, lagwagon can answer that. I just shoot the content, manage the members, update the websites, customer service, graphics, and do everything else non-affiliate-wise :)

edit: oh yes, lagwagon said that the data is being moved between servers, so there is some 'downtime' while Isprime takes care of it.

Our content is of pictures around 200-300k in size and we need to make sure that the hosted galleries and the pics load fast for the surfers and the affiliates that are linking to them. If a hosted gallery is taking too long to load then they are not going to click thru to our paysites and join for a membership. Once the member is inside of our sites then we flood them with high rez picture and video content.

For the hosted galleries we had to switch to a bigger HD and from FreeBSD to Linux on our hosted gallery server to accept the load of all the traffic that our affiliates are sending. Everything is running smoothly now, sorry for the downtime.

Again thank you for letting me know of this problem that I was aware of, I will make sure to next time email the affiliates of the downtime. This way you will be aware of the server going down for the future upgrades.
