KOMPLY 2257 software SCAM! Calling you out, Trevor
You pretty much forced my hand on this one, Trevor. You've ignored repeated ICQs, emails and phone calls. Yep, I know how to use a phone. Hey, your support was going great for awhile - quick responses, friendly chatter. Then I had to leave on an extended trip and I came back to silence. I mean, your ICQ is always on AWAY but then, one day, it mysteriously turns to OFFLINE and stays that way. (I read that to mean you put me - or perhaps everyone? - on Invisible).
So what's the problem you may ask, gentle reader (or vicious GFY troll)? We needed 2257 software and Trevor's KOMPLY certainly seemed to fit our needs. It was expensive but not too much so at $999. Unfortunately it didn't work. We tried it on one doman and then shifted servers and tried it on another domain, finally moving it to a local computer. All of these attempts led to one problem after another. I was patient and stuck with his flubs and seemingly blind attempts at fixing these problems but they were never fixed. I was promised a "handful of patches" that didn't materialize before our trip. I was promised fixed software by the time I got back.
Instead I got silence. Where are you Manic Cash Trevor? I think you know at this point all I want it our cash back. You didn't deliver. Now pay up.
