BTW I had it on my backup computer and this morning I had to reformat and reinstall everything...I am still reinstalling crap

it did not crash my OS, it made the hard drive unstable somehow.
got the blue screen and when I rebooted it kept giving me a blue screen, the only fix was to reinstall XP from the CD and boot from the CD

I have IE, netscape and firefox on my computer.
when someone h as a problem on my site I have to be able to use the same browser he is using to see if I can duplicate it.

Of course, we're webmasters. We need to know what our surfers will be seeing.
