selling sites based on pr only really starts to get intense at 6-7 which exponentially more valuable

as far as pr5 the value is also tied in with traffic, optimization, maturity, optimization, how oranically and aggresivly it was grown, and external linking structure. give us a url and a more accurate range will be possible.

Right now the range would probably be between $100 to a couple thousand depending on the above factors

They are not worth too much, it's not really THAT hard to make one yourself...

pr 5 sites aren't that hard to build up....6 and above is what counts for me personally

ehh not much if it has no traffic. check out dmoz. any shit site can become pr 5 or higher, even geocities sites. its what you do with it that counts. if its non porn ill buy it from you.

maybe it will be worth something if it was a pr 7 or 8
