Internet gambling will become legalized in the next couple years for the U.S. There are already some states trying to get internet gambling legalized. The government won't be able to stop this train!!!!

Internet gaming was first legalized in Nevada in 2002... so long as you could provide proof of age and residency that satisfied the Gaming Control Board. We had a solution that involved biometrics/GPS and a contract with a number of Nevada brick and morter casinos. It never got off the ground, but the potential is still there. There are a couple of barriers to entry, however. Like, say, the $100,000 licensing fee and full background check with the NGCB.
