Horrible ratios with CCBill sponsors
You know what sucks, having no sales with CCBill sponsors. I am talking 0:7538, mostly with phil-flash-cam ... time to drop ...
been having the same problem with ccbill lately.. :(
i'm thinking CCBill scrubs HARD
I have to say for me Ccbill sites are converting much better then paycom this week.. :2 cents:
This is a bad week across the board. Web porn follows the same trends as retail. Go to a mall, its dead.
The only CCBill related sites that have been doing well for me are the XXX Cash Celebrity sites. If not for sex tapes and general interest in celebs, I would have to get a real job :eyecrazy
But all the teen / amateur sites have been doing horrible lately. |
Seems like all our ccbill stats have been down this week; worst I've ever seen in a year. Add to it, the ccbill admin is so butt-slow, its bad as pulling teeth just to change a user/pass.
Slow here too this wek.. unusual ratios :disgust
only ccbill sponsor that does well for me is hodough
Our sales have actually been kicking but we use our own merchant accounts, not 3rd party processors.
i love it when an idiot posts proof his traffic sucks

I love when an idiot posts proof he would rather kiss someones ass that he likes / parties with rather than admit something might be fucked up. Oh, of course I know most of your GFY shit is a board persona. I may be wrong but I don't think you're just talking out of your ass for pageviews when it comes to CCBill. |
1:4263.7 here :(

now the drama begins
The past few days have been pretty slow...other program owners i've spoken to are saying similar. Middle of summer...hot as hell...too hot to spank it
Yea....dont give up on CCBill sponsers yet. As people said...Epoch's been shitty this week too. I did see a big pickup in sales today though...I think it's getting back to normal.
CCBill scrub must be on high
My overall CCBill stats are 1:1901 for the week, 1:1758 for the year. Off a bit, but hardly catastrophic.

these first 4 days of the week have been my best. a few sites have dropped badly, but others have been up thanks to the new yahoo update that happened.

I use CCBill and stats this week ... Sunday the 24th in particular... are fucked. I had a ton more affiliate sales than total gross sales and ended up the day with $3.00 net earnings, true story. Now how the fuck does that work?

Well.. here's my 2cents.. Our experience is that there is no simple formula for all of us to figure out how the processors are scrubbing. We switch between ccbill and paycom everyday. Some days we are using ccbill first and I often see threads here that same day where people are saying "ccbill must be scrubbing super hard my sales are horrible", but we'll notice that ccbill is kicking ass for us. Even though many of us are using our own affiliate software (nats, mpa3..ect..) and our own link codes, the processors are still able to track an affiliate ID from those codes so, they can scrub per program or per site or per affiliate at any given time (not positive they do but it's possible). Many of us program owners talk to each other.. shows, phone icq... One of our friends that does HUGE numbers figured out over a long term analysis that he does better with ccbill. Another friend does better with paycom. I don't think there's a cut and dry wholesale formula for scrubbing and which company is better. I think it's very random or possibly extreamly precise. Who knows?
Both ccbill and paycom are solid companies and we use (and love) them both. My best suggestion is to use a sponsor that cascades and also watches the numbers 24/7 like a hawk. If there's a scrub problem on a given day or god forbid a dos attack or tech problem for the biller we can switch companies instantly. :thumbsup |
