Which ICQ Version Should I Use?
 

Just setting up my new computer right now. I usually have 2002a as I like this one, but it won't let me log in for some reason.

Which version of ICQ are you guys using nowadays?

2003b Pro. Lost my old UIN in an upgrade from 99a, something got fucked and the server would no longer accept my password. I'd hate to hear if the same just happened to you. :disgust

find a version tha works. I can't.

icq 5 is great. Never had a problem. Loads very quick.

It's just very light and works great... you can have ICQ, MSN, AIM, etc all in the same program, plus a lot of plugins with nifty features you can add by just putting .dll files into its directory.

Did I also mention it's free, right?

I am still using version 2000b.

I vote for miranda too...very l¡ght and has all the other networks combined. I think you can even put it in your USB memory thing and take it everywhere with you.

icq 5 is what im using now. doing pretty fine...well icq encounters trouble too but that's normal i guess....
