In the SFO airport right now and the EV cell signal clocks out at 2wire at 510kbps. Sweet, almost makes shitty Verizon worth it.

so does mine, but i'd trade it for consistent 500kbps over a cellular network any day of the week

I have gotten 600k using Sprints Sierra Wireless 580 aircard. EV-DO is a nice network feature that both Sprint and Verizon offer. I can't wait until the first normal cell phones come out that are ev-do compliant.

I just spoke with the guy. I returned my Verizon piece of shit aircard today.

We should figure out how to sell these companies all the unused, inbound bandwidth we have Lens :)
