Russia is reporting that North Korea
 

...does not have any working nukes...as North Korea has claimed to have. It is being reported that North Korea has the capability of building a nuke...but does not actually have a nuke.

Does anyone out there have additional information about this?

Well if they don't have any nukes they must be invaded ASAP! :upsidedow

does it really matters - do they have or do not? koreans not as stupid to nuke anyone first. They ( saying they - I mean Kim Chen Ir, or how do you spell it in english?) need the nuke (or the legend of nuke, whatever) to prevent american agression.
I'm not into discussing whether the agression if fair or not, but the threat does exists.

North Korea, Russia and China could potentially allie and try to takeover whatever they wanted; especially with all US troops in Iraq.. just nuke Iraq first... ugh.

They have food, they get sent foreign aid that ends up on the black market.. That and they force the farmers to grow opium instead of food crops. NK is big in the drug market.

If there was ever a country that needed to be invaded it's NK.. They also rival Nazi Germany's ww2 death camps. NK has huge govt run death camps where entire family's are put to death.

Portable, grenade size? That'd be a little scary... but yes, many countries have nukes, which are equivilant to "big bombs" ... the nukes of today are 1000s of times more powerful than when they were first used in war; which I don't think they should be used in war / at all.
