What's there responce time?
I mailed them for some quotes 2 days ago, and still waiting for a answer.

i also think that if they know you they'll respond quickly. there must be a delay or something..

everyone complains about this.. I wonder how much money they lose due to this? or rather how much money they lose their clients. All the better for GTS I assume

:error I just checked my 2 machines and asked both Nina and Parney. No one has any messages awaiting a response. If you emailed me Mark. then you got stuck in spamarrest or you didn't authorize.

We try to get back to customers as soon as we see the email and were on the machines a lot. If you haven't got an email back within 12 hours you got to know there's a problem.

We also respond to a lot of emails that get bounced back from the sender for full mailboxes etc.

I received a reply now from Nina :-)
I clicked the 2 E-mail links on the site, one was CC to Parney@ and the other seems that it whent to 3 different E-mails.
I verified myself instantly with spamarrest when I send the mail :-)

Nina always gets back to me max 1 hour. Cyber cat rocks :thumbsup

I've seen an average of 24 hr response time. Pretty good service so far!

I got my response within the day.
