Just can't understand how long this "hi-tech" country will use "low-tech" Russian rockets to reach the Earh orbit?

sometimes having a hi-tech gadgets would mean a trouble. i just hope this NASA's trip would be a successful one.

Quit bitching about it, get a degree in applied physics, and start building mag-levs, antigravity, carbon fiber monofilaments for a space elevator, linear accelerators or something, if it's so important. :2 cents:
