Established Designers: What should my personal goals be?

I'm just starting out in adult design and im starting to get some business, but it got me to thinking about where the best designers cap out at in terms of income. What is the max range of annual income that great designers like Dickman, Quashe , Adultdesignkings or Webinc can make from doing purely website/banner/gallery/logo/etc designs for just the Adult market?

Mark help him out. He's a good guy.

Besides, we're always talking about what affiliates can make, what paysite owners can make, etc, but the guys that propel the business forward, guys like you, get no help from their peers.

if you think there's money in adult biz then go for it but you should have back up plan when your first one fails.

If you're fucking good, just set your price and people will pay.

If you suck and ask $4/day, some poor scmuck will use your services for 2 days and find out you suck.

You can make a lot of money quick or you can make a good living for the long run. It all depends on how good you are and how you treat your clients. One thing I've noticed about this market is that clients are extremely loyal and HATE shopping for new designers. If you LISTEN TO THEM, treat them well, make them feel like part of the process and strive to give them more than they expect, you'll always have work and do well financially.
