Ok who the fuck is doing this?
These companies," says Cowan, "are embedding phrases like ?Disneyland? and ?Pokeman? and ?Sleeping Beauty? into their Web sites, specifically to lure in children." this is why some bad apples in the biz make us all look bad |

It is and should be the responsibility of the parents to monitor/supervise what their children do while online. I wouldn't expect a parent to let their kid sit at the bar in Applebee's as I wouldn't expect them to let their kid "surf" the web unattended. There are only a handful of legitimate websites that kids even use: encyclopedia's, library's, hell, - give them email if they are responsible enough, but that is about it. The internet is now a business place for adults. Children should only be allowed on it with adult supervision. There should be an age verification page before you are allowed to log on. :2 cents:

Kids under 18 shouldn't have credit cards.
|
The timing seems very suspicious consider the tax and child protection bill trying to be passed
