Why would you have banners on the front end?
That's wrong.

There are too many samples, poor quality samples at that. 5 sample pics of full quality is perfect. Besides that, the site looks pretty unwelcoming, it is very cold and pretty tough on the eyes. The size of the Arial text in the main table is bigger than the text on those navigational buttons on the left.

Doesn't it kind of put a damper on the whole "we need to verify your age thing" when you have a guy with his dick out ready to shove it up some girls ass who is upside down with her legs spread? :)

Just an observation. I think the design looks great - I just wouldn't put anything that was that hardcore on the tour.

I personally think that hardcore involves insertion, mouth to genital contact, fluid exchange. I don't feel that those are too hardcore...the last pic on the anal tour is so money! My thinking is that anyone looking for hardcore anal will be enticed by that, wanting to see the "pile Driver" in action...and WHY THE FUCK would I want to put HIGH REZ pic on the TOUR?????? So all those free loaders can burn my bandwidth??!?!?!?!? You must be high:smokin...those samples look fine...and they load fast enough to for the dialuppers.

As far as banners go...I'll put those fuckers up wherever I can...it can be a fine line...but my normal rule is...THE MORE THE BETTER.

And if I deem it appropriate I'll turn the banner spot on the index page a member's entrance button.

And as for the text on the right being bigger than the Menu text???? That's my sales pitch!!! I could care less about the ease of navigation...but I wanna make SURE that they know where to go to sign up...I agree the design is a bit cold...its an old template...but i feel that only adds to the appeal of the pics the content the thing that I'm attempting to get money for...

I feel that alot of people are getting way out of control with the whole buttons and screws and rivots and wires and extraneous doodads...IMHO those affect the actual sales impact of the design very little...hence its an extra half an hour of work I may not be able to justify with profits.

Oh well I asked for opinions and I got them...
