how do i make my url look like http://blah.myurl.com/index.html and load correctly

I know it's probably pretty simple, but I've never done it, so now I'm asking... anybody know?

Ok let me try to be more clear...

Let's say I have a domain - mydomain.com

Let's say I want to have a URL on my site that is

http://sex.mydomain.com/index.html

How do I do that?

What?

I think you are asking how to make a subdomain - like:

teens.mysite.com

vs.

www.mysite.com

If that is what you are asking - ask your host to set up a subdomain - they will usually set up a seperate folder for you - just instead of the folder saying:

mysite.com

it will say:

teens.mysite.com

If you are asking how to make a webpage linked - then you have problems - as you did it ok with your topbucks link :) (Even though you do it differently)

Ask your host to set up a 3rd level domain for you :eatmouse

I mean you use < a > insteal of [ url ] . I was just being a smart ass - that's all :)

Have your host setup a wildcard DNS and host if you want anything.domain.com

Or they can setup subdomain by subdomain if you want individual ones.

If your host can not do that (that's unusual) than you can try using something like http://www.everydns.net/ or http://www.mydomain.com/ to forward your sub-domains.
