When someone sells your VIDEO on eBay
 

I own the rights to a video that I use on one of my sites. Two different people are selling it on eBay, one who has their own .com selling amateur DVDs.

I know I can go through the hassle of getting it pulled from eBay, but what legal recourse do I have to get a few $$ out of the copyright violators?

I had a misunderstanding over a domain last year, and I was sent a cease and desist that asked for $500 for damages to date. It was thick and scary looking, and had I not been able to resolve things with a phone call, I would've probably paid it LOL.

Anyone got any tips?

bumping this because I just found out that one of the people illegally selling copies is loaded, and I want advice to get him not only to cease AND desist, but also pay me damages!
