It would be really hard to collect, considering the low marginal cost of each additional member. I have heard that the IRS will find out how much it believes you are making in other businesses by analysing the amount of supplies that you buy. Never been audited before, though. On another note fuck the government, we already pay like 30% of profit in income tax and it is not like pornography is dangerous like alcohol or tobacco.

Even if it passes, I don't believe the age verification part will survive the Supreme Court. Hopefully the ACLU brings it there.

Interestingly enough, non-credit card age verification is patented and the patent is owned by a large adult company.

Add that to the fact that you cannot use a credit card for age verification without running a transaction authorization, per card association rules, and the government is once again not thinking clearly.
