If they offer hosting / free content / partners accounts and other usefull webmaster tools
Ammounts of FHGs and stuff like that matters for a lot of affiliates too
Well the seriousness of the operation
etc etc etc

FHG with desc that are able to be dumped to a text file with | , or .

FHG's - Do not care.
Descriptions - Do not care.
Rewards - Rather you just pay more.
Fancy interface - Do not care.
Free hosting - Do not care.
Bells and whistles - Do not care.
Sales reps - Do not care

I just want:
Free content that is of high enough quality to design with.
Clear and easy to understand TOS.
One or two contacts, either icq or email that actually respond if needed.
Easy to find link codes.
Way to opt out of newsletters that are not criticle.
Fair payment that is sent on time.

How long should cookies be set for?

60-90 days is ok.
