How to breakout of a frame - will it work for this ?

Is loading galleries from the HUN in a frame, one of which is mine. What code can I add so that if a surfer clicks the Money link it breaks out of the frame ?

or will it just be target=new and open the sponsor in a new window.

I have opened up 4 different join pages still in the frame all at the same time ?
