Cat Brutality - Warning: Extremely Graphic

The videos you will find attached depict extreme animal cruelty. The source of the video is a members directory of a Belgium ISP It is likely that the producer also resides in Belgium.

The reason we decided to make this video available is to find the person(s) responsible. We've been successful with similar cases in the past.

We already contacted PETA and will pass any information regarding the person(s) responsible for this cruelty act to them and local police.

The person whose tip leads to this person's arrest will receive 1000 USD.

UPDATE: The responsible person has been tracked down (see below). For safety considerations we will not release any personal information to the public. We will keep you updated.

UPDATE 2: A 15 year old Belgium guy, who uploaded the video for his friend has been arrested. The actual killer, a 26 year old Belgium male, will turn himself in later today.

Since it's likely that the responsible persons have been located and our goal has been achieved we decided to remove the videos.

THE VIDEO IS GONE BECAUSE THE CAT KILLER AND TORTURER WAS ARRESTED AND OGRISH FOR SOME REASON DECIDED TO SHOW SOME RESTRAINT AND CLASS AND REMOVED THE VIDEO FROM THEIR SITE.

this was posted the other day. although i did not see the vid, i guess some guy tries to cut a kittens head off but the knife isn't sharp enough so it basically bleeds to death.
