I'm frying chicken wings...
 

Frying chicken wings in peanut oil, then going to toss them in Frank's Red Hotwing sauce and dip them in Kraft Buttermilk Ranch dressing.

here's my wing sauce recipe.


half a cup butter
one cup franks redhot
1/3 cup beer (heineken or amstel gives the best taste)
1 tablespoon molasses
salt
pepper
garlic


heat butter, toss in beer, reduce, add everything else. :pimp

so far so good...

All that effort then you use a crappy bottled dressing. :disgust

texas petes hot wing sauce is my favorite

I like dipping them in Bleu Cheese dressing. I've never tried to make them myself though.

buy frozen chicken wings

fry in 350 degree oil for 12 minutes.

toss in hot WING sauce

little salt... and enjoy.

bleu cheese is good too. I like both.

Ewwwww i don't know what's the fuss about people mixing wings with bleue cheeze ... that's just sick

I hate bleu cheese on everything EXCEPT hot wings. Kind of like horse radish sauce on prime rib... Go figure?
