Burned by processor
 

It appears these guys are bending me over the table without so much as a reach around. Anyone else going through (or gone through) bad experiences with them? I'm ready to blow up, but I don't know if I'm an isolated case or part of an ongoing problem.

Please note, this is NOT Victoria at the other ECS. I've talked with Victoria and both her and her company seem very respectable.

I feel your pain :( A third party processor in the UK still owes my partner and I $25k.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I take it that you were not dealing with ECS though? Was the gateway www.sohq.com by chance?

I guess everyone else was smart enough to stay away. :(

Thats me, as respectable as they come ... heck I even had a hard time fibbing to hubby about there being no Santa Clause!! ;)

thanks for the kind words and good luck in solving your problems with that other company mogul. I'm hoping this bump will alert others to stay away from them
