Today July 25th, 2005.

Lance Armstrong stated in a press release that he will no longer be cycling in any more events. After his last victory he decided to throw in the towel for good. Don't blame him thats alot of damn excersing.

Thanks for all the inspiration to millions of people Lance.......

He is a true fighter, a great person and an awesome athlete!
I am glad he stuck to his word: he stated last-year that he was going to retire. I just hope he does not pull a M.Jordan.

It's like any other sport ... when a people from your country / province ranks among the best, you get a lot of attention.

Just take a look about how Formula 1 racing blew off here with Jacques Villeneuve ... There is even a whole F1 street in MTL ...

Steriods....

One of his assistants already came forward. I think it's one of the reasons he retired.

Linkster 07-25-2005 11:37 AM

Steroids are normal for the type of cancer he had - I had it too and Ive been on steroids ever since
