I don't know Elli at all, and as such I can't really make many comments here.

I will say though, that I believe she worked either for or with Shemp at one point. If that's true, that alone is a pretty ringing comendation. Rob doesn't tolerate retards, that's for sure.

Yes, I was with Shemp for a while. He is an awesome guy, first class all the way. He was very kind to take me under his wing for a while.
