how to get through to Chameleon Submitter

I signed up for an account nearly a week ago and they have charged my credit card yet I have not recieved log in information.

i emailed them, submitted a form on their site, and ICQ'd them yet I have not gotten a response.

What should I do? Chargeback the charge?
