Had it done the same time I had a hernia surgery done. I would rather jump off a 500 foot cliff with a 450 foot cable wrapped around my neck than go through it again.
The doctor forgot to 'close up' a few vital areas, and, well, you know the pic of the huge balls posted here last week or so? That was me(not that pic, lol), each nut was the size of a cantaloupe and I just can't find a way to describe how it felt. They cut the sack open this time an inserted a 9" tube in it and used that tube for draining. I was a newlywed too, I doubt the wife ever looked at me the same again. The second surgery was free expect for my pain. In reality it was suppose to be minor surgery. You only need to be scared if the doctor says "Hey, were going to get you back in for surgery again tomorrow, no charge" But after the initial screw up, the surgery was a success, and I no longer feel the pulse that drops you to your knees. So yeah, it was worth it, just make sure you have a good doc :) |
oooo. I think that would be painful. Hope I wont have it.
|
I'm putting it off as well :(
Although it really is minor surgery.. they don't cut into the nutsack anymore these days all done keyhole surgery through the abdomen. |

Yeah mine was surgical but the incision started about 2" above the base and went for about 3" at a 45 degree angle towards my hip. The only reason the cut into the jewel bag was to fix problems from the day before and add the drain tube.
|
I hate scalpels and other surgical instruments;and never will I get into any surgical processes.
|
Obiously your balls dont hurt Pixels !!!

Here's something that might help: The procedure is usually done on an outpatient basis . The patient usually undergoes general or local anesthesia. To fix the problem, the doctor simply ties off the affected vein to redirect the flow of blood into other normal veins.
After surgery, the doctor probably will recommend that a guy wears a scrotal support and places an ice pack on the area to bring down any swelling. There may be discomfort in the testicle for a few weeks, but after that, any aches and pains will go away and everything should be back in full working order. |
