Clinton: I express regret for my personal failure

Former U.S. President Bill Clinton, visiting a Rwandan genocide memorial on Saturday, expressed regret for his "personal failure" to prevent the 1994 slaughter of 800,000 people.
Clinton administration officials avoided the word in public for fear it would spark an outcry for action they were loathe to take, six months after U.S. troops were killed by Somali warlords in Mogadishu.

At least Bill Clinton realises it might have been a mistake.

But then...

How is it always America's fault?
Great China could have went there, why ghee the United Nations could have went in, Saudi's? Iran? Why would it all fall on America's shoulders.

Its the failure of the modern world really and not just an American President.
Just because the world expects the USA to jump at every injustice, curb every threat and secure the rights of people around on the globe.

I kinda thought the rest of the world should ya know...
To help a little with this sort of thing. Clinton did Kosovo at the request of the UN.

I thought his only regret was blowing a load on monica's dress.
I guess with time we forget.

How about that?

Everyone wants the US to shut the fuck up and mind it's own business, yet when we fail to "help" somone we feel guilty about it.
