Can anybody recommend a merchant that will bill a persons cell phone bill?

I may be wrong, but this is the email I got a couple of weeks ago.

customer that signed with the BabeCell program. We are deeply saddened that
the vision we set out for you was not given the opportunity to evolve but
market forces in the mobile content industry are, as we have discovered,
unsympathetic.

Celestial Transactions aims to review its model, bring its service back into
R&D and release a new service in 2005 that will help our adult sponsors
compete and beat adult mobile content specialists at their own game. We have
collected over a years worth of customer and consumer feedback and this,
coupled with deep experience of adult billing and delivery, places us in an
ideal position to review our service proposition and come back stronger than
ever. We do not intend to stop trying. We hope that you will allow us to
share our new vision when the time comes.

It has been a privilege working with you.

IMPORTANT: All outstanding out payments up to midnight on the 31st July will
be processed and paid by your preferred payment mechanism as usual.
