I'm getting into mainstream now as well. It's amazing seeing the difference in conversions from adult to mainstream.

I'm in mainstream as well and got my startup from my roofing days but most of my income is from adult right now. I am working on balancing it better.

not to mention, you can promote bigger paying sponsors (like mortage companys, loans, etc). :)

Totally, I'm just not used to these net 30 terms for payment. In adult, getting paid a week after you do the joins is normal. Not getting a check until 30 days after a month is normal for mainstream and some of these amounts are growing rather large for me to put faith that they'll come through...
