A member of my paysites just emailed me that their password was not working...
So I look up the account info to see what's up.

19 Rebills.... the 20th failed... now he wants to login... schweeeeet

I gave him a specific link to rejoin to make sure the same AFFILIATE STILL gets paid.
(Probably for the next couple years :winkwink: )

PS: This is not an isolated case. We have lots of members still rebilling from 2000. It is great to know they want to remain a member and have not just forgotten :)

I assumed it was because the card expired.

We get lots of failed rebills as people change card numbers, cancel cards, and cards expire.

I HATE the failed rebills :mad:

Interesting, what happens when a rebill fails like this, does the processor try again later or do they contact the surfer or just do nothing and wait for the surfer to contact you?
