whats the going rate? last 3 months revenues? plus valuation on exclusive content?

Good question. We bought two existing sites this past year. Both were in existence since '96, both have top 5 google listings on awesome terms. Both had 2k plus members. We paid 9 months gross revenue on a payment basis. The guy we bought if from had just kicked a wicked drug problem and needed out of the biz, we made a killing. I personally think there is some big money to be had bailing out some older sites, revamping and relaunching. I would love to partner up with some people doing this. Might make an interesting co-op of sorts.
