Read this and consider 2257
This is a very interesting link about TSA, in other words, the US Government violating the federal privacy law.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8672258/ Now, think about this and 2257. It would seem to me that the government would also be violating the Privacy Act if they collected 2257 data. If federal investigators merely look at 2257 records, that would not be a violation, as I read this. But if they collected the information, necessary for prosecution, that would seem to be gathering information about American citizens in violation of the law. I am not suggesting this is legal fact, but offering this as a question for discussion. Brutal |
