Both PayPal and ePassporte will terminate you over 1 little complaint if you act as a broker, with or without any basis. Two pointless companies.

There was a service avaliable but it was shut down not too long after

Not really. It's money laundering if the user is actually laundering the money. Service providers do just that - provide a service. Western Union is used daily by millions of people to transact legitimately, as well as by criminals.

With all the fucking phishers around on paypal I don't think it's a good idea. Unless you have a few days waiting period in between receiving funds and than sending them to epass. plus, like it has already been said pp will shut you down.

epass isnt anywhere as famous as paypal, so the target audience is quite small, adult webmasters.

I prefer escrow and would not trust some newbie company to broker.
