ClickCash Cheques bounce higher then a basketball...
:feels-hot My clickcash cheque just bounced, ok it was only a small amount because I was just testing them out. But it sucks :(

this was 01/06/ - 01/12 i deposited the friday when people started getting checks back. so I am not sure what is going on. I just deposted another today. and no one from clickcash is answering my calls about a new check.

My check for week ending 01/05/02 just bounced. I have sent an email to them and have left 3 messages on their voice mail. I have received no reply from them yet on either the phone messages or the email.
Here is the number for those of you that don't have it: 800-243-9726 x113 Since clickcash is in violation of their own marketing agreement, what recourse do we as webmasters have? I am considering having my lawyer send them a demand for payment letter and submitting it to a collection agency if neccessary. Anyone have any other comments or ideas? |
Yeah, just found out my check bounced and I just cashed another yesterday, so we'll see. Waiting to hear from Clickcash - last week I got a call from them within hours of faxing them about a late check, so I hope they are as prompt this time.
Would like to hear if anyone is getting good checks. |

My check just bounced as well. I am giving them 1 day to reply to me either by phone or by email before I consult a lawyer. We do have recourse. They knew weeks ago that there were problems with their checks, and writing fraudulent checks is not just a violation of the marketing agreement it is against the law. I believe that we can pursue as a civil and criminal matter.

I did receive a phone call from them late today and they assured me that if I redeposit the check that it will clear. I will do so and see what happens.
I do agree with Enchantress that since they knew in advance that there were problems with their bank that the least the could have done was post something on their site about the problems. Every other referral program I am involved with reguarly emails me with news and updates on their program, yet Clickcash never does. For example CCBill always puts a reminder on their site when there is a bank holiday and wires will be delayed. It's things like this that demonstrates professionalism and shows concern for the advertising partners. |

I just got my check back. Looks like my bank tried to cash it 3 times. Check was dated 1/7 and they tried for funds on the 22, 24 and 25. I don't think they will let me try to deposit it again, I think its 3 strikes your out!
