Icq Buttons?? Where, How?
 

You know those little buttons some websites have with the webmasters icq # on them, & it shows wether or not the webmaster is online?

How do I do that?

Is there a way to make a clickable link that would add my icq to a users contact list? , or a clickable link a user can click to send me an icq message from my website?
