You come after my cashflow.... it's personal.
You attack my integrity... it's personal.

Other than that... business is business.

I ignore board things unless somebody tries hacking etc. - then its more than personal.

Keep the two seperate!

If you've brought your personal life in to the equation, suck it up, you started the shit.

If the person brings your personal in to the equation, square shit up and cease all business. Money is not worth it!

To me, the difference is pretty easy:

Anyone can buy something from me. I don't care if I know you, like you, or hate you.

However, if I am "doing business" with someone, I have to trust and respect them.

It's as easy as that for me.
