Hurts no more than 200lbs of flesh, blood and bones crushing down on your head. :)

If you're actually spinning you don't have the same gravitational pull, so you weigh a lot less. It's when you stop spinning that it's time to tuck and roll, or seal that skull crack with some spackle.
In the 80's I actually took a breakdancing class lol:thumbsup
