I am cookin up some ribs tommrow so getting stuff ready toinght

what is your fav rub for ribs?
I only really do dry ribs
no sauce for me

what do you guys use? :)

Grub Rub. I think it's a local thing, though.

I like it marinated then barbecued.

That would be wet and not a rub now wouldnt it?

I make my own rub. They are fairly easy to do if you follow a simple rule.
4 equal parts.
1 part brown sugar.
1 part chile powder.
1 part kosher salt.
1 part (mix garlic powder, cayenne, dried powdered oregano, onion powder)

Last part can be any mixture as long as it equals 1 whole part. Use whatever measuring device you want for a part. I typically use a 1 cup container.

Mix super well, store in a dark container.

Oh put a lot on the ribs, wrap in plastic wrap and let sit in fridge for at least 6 hours.
