I am coming in to a good chunk of money and am looking at getting into the bussiness.

Just pay a designer. No need to give away the house when you don't have to. Make a post on here fucking-around-and-business-discussion/ saying you need a paysite design and you'll have probably 20 offers within an hour. See what you like best, ask yourself if a surfer would like that, then ask others about your fav 3 choices for a designer.
