Anti-Trust in Porn
The capitalist system is based upon competition wherein competing companies vie for the dollar of the same consumer. When companies get cosy and scratch each other's backs, typically it is thought of as anti-competitive collusion.
Yet, in the porn area, companies which would like to have Joe Shmoe's dollar routinely pass him along to a competitor in exchange for consideration. I wonder if someday the Justice Dept will look at this practice as anti-competitive and start filing suits against porn operators large and small. Your thoughts? |
Yes, I think they all should be shut down except Adult.com

It takes alot more than passing exit traffic around to form any sort of basis for a collusion suit.
And that basis just isn't here. |
