iFriends goes AVS... very uncool
 

So they give their hosts "free" webspace for their own personal websites, lots of people work very hard on them... even direct their own personal url's to the site to make them seem more important. And their servers suck ass, we all know that. Improvements? Fuck no. So they turn the "mysites" into a fucking avs.
Luckily for myself, I jumped off their platform a while back and have my own site far, far away from their servers. This is quite upsetting for any of the chathosts that have spent a lot of time learning html and doing their own sites, but how uncool is it to just do this AVS shit now. Someone found the fucking signup form, but there has yet to be posted ANY info to the people who OWN the fucking sites as to what our cut is going to be. Its like the fucking voyeur view, the implemented that, start charging 7 bucks a month for it, and dont give shit to the people providing the content.

iFriends has turned into a fucking content farm. I understand they have $$$ done well for a lot of people here, but I have been a host there, and all this site does is ram their fist up all the chathosts assholes, and act as though they are doing them a favor.
I suppose I am just posting this to spread the 411, not sure how it will affect anyone unless you've spent hours designing and creating a nice web site and put it on their servers.

So when is someone gonna duplicate ifriends GOOD points and make another big site like theirs?? I know 100's of top chathosts that would jump on it, several girls of which in the thousands of dollars a week, and thats their half.

It sure is shitty to see them constantly keeping the talent in the dark like this. Fucking content farm, thats what that place is. What I have left of a site there is coming down in about five minutes.

Sorry to hear that Cherry , some are more interested in taking advantage of someone elses misfortune, but I have a few "amateur cam girl" sites I did for some friends on the IF platform, and it makes me wonder if they have been allowing access to these sites without my knowledge for some time now, afterall the sites ARE ONE THEIR SERVERS so I am sure they could do some .htmaccess over my head.

The problem with competing with Ifreinds is that they are so damn big, when was the last time you ever heard of newly opened online casino succeding... a LONG time ago. Thats because there are a few dozen major casinos that go out and pay *millions* and *millions* a month on advertising, most casino's opened now go bankrupt in a matter of months cause there is NO way to compete with them, these guys pull down BILLIONS a year each, and I'm not fucking around on that, they don't make webmaster programs most of the time cause there is no need to, they are all based out of Costa Rico or Antigua where they can write casino code that is programmed to pay out based on scheduals to keep people addicted, and taxes are like NILL.

Sorry I kinda rambled on there for a bit.

The point is that Ifreinds does the same thing the casinos do, go out and buy virtually ALL the SE positions and banners. How do you compete with them?

If you want an example of what i was talking about with the casinos, first try going to anysearch engin and searching for "online casino", or "online gambling" in all the SE's the top 10 - 20 results will be the same 10 - 20 Big ass casinos. or try goto.com and serach for "online gambling" the casinos are paying 14.00$ a click,"online casino" 12.00$ a click. Ifreinds followed suite of the casinos and they are too damn big to fight they will CRUSH competition much like Bill Gates.
