? BS/BA in business, communications or related field or related experience
? Must have a consistent and proven track record
? Ability to clearly and effectively set goals and attain them as evidenced by track record
? Must have quantifiable results in a similar industry
? 5-7 years sales experience in telecom or a closely related field
? Demonstrated success in translating marketing plans into successful sales
? Prior management, recruitment and team-building skills
? Exhibit the sales skills required to lead by example
? Thorough knowledge of the Internet, including web hosting
? Ability to hit the ground running
? Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
? Willingness to travel and participate in trade shows and customer relationship building

Salary/Benefits:

We have been preparing for this day for the past year building out the new data center, the new offices, and everything that we need to take on even the largest clients with little to no additional investment. We have the new 12,000 square foot of Data Center space that is just begging to be full of servers and the right crew will make a King's ransom for doing just that.

You are a smart man, Charles...this is a terrific question....but I have to tell you that I have never had a good response from recruiting firms. Maybe I have just had bad experiences with a few bad apples, but I am here to tell you that I wasted a ton of money years ago trying to use these people to find good employees when I was in Corporate America. What they seem to find are "professional interviewers". I even had one employee that had been placed in 5 jobs in 5 years from the SAME recruiter. He did nothing wrong, per se, since they really only guarantee an employee for 90-180 days, but I think that borders on fraud.

So, in a nutshell, I have thought about that but I just have had no good experiences using any type of recruiting company.

Do you personally know one that would not screw me that you would be willing to recommend??

Bama!! Kathi is a great person and already works for me, dude :) She came here to work as an Account Manager but when I learned of her Executive and Administrative Skills I promoted her to run one of my mainstream companies.....and she is doing a fine job, I might add :)

A real head hunter doesnt go with people looking for jobs, he calls the person working hard at their job and opens up the idea of change. All my placements were executives not looking for change.
