Its raining in So Cal in July?

What the hell is this....?....Never seen this in my whole life....from April to Oct it never rains.

gopsycho 07-20-2005 04:18 PM

where in LA are you at? Not raining here yet

KRL 07-20-2005 04:21 PM

The earth's magnetic field is weakening and will eventually do a north south reversal. We're beginning to see the impact on the weather more and more.

BobG 07-20-2005 04:21 PM

Not LA, San Diego and yes its raining.

Gabriel 07-20-2005 04:21 PM

No rain in the O.C.

Maybe its just a Diego thang.

WWC-DonMike 07-20-2005 04:22 PM

Some rain here in LA would be welcome. It feels like it's over 100 degrees here in Glendle today. Ugh.

TDF 07-20-2005 04:23 PM

Lol, it must be over 110 degrees in socal right now. There is no rain for like 500 miles in every direction.

Calls for thunder storms tonight.

RRRED 07-20-2005 04:30 PM

and it's blazing HOT in Seattle area! Not that I'm complaining *knock on wood... But none of us have air conditioning that's the only thing that sucks.

Vitasoy 07-20-2005 04:36 PM

We had a lot of rain 3 weeks ago but now it's all sun here :)

Hollywood Horwitz 07-20-2005 04:44 PM

no rain here in LA!

colpanic 07-20-2005 04:52 PM

It's from the hurricane.

Or maybe the earth reversing polarity.... but, I'm gonna go with the hurricane :1orglaugh

BradM 07-20-2005 04:59 PM

It's 98 here right now. Nowhere near rain in south OC.

V_RocKs 07-20-2005 04:59 PM

It is 99 degrees here in Chino. No clouds...

V_RocKs 07-20-2005 05:07 PM

Hmm, just went outside because I heard thunder and the mountains about 20 miles away are covered in dark clouds and the news is predicting flash floods... interesting.

CJTraffic 07-20-2005 05:10 PM

I was out in San Diego for two months. That is one weird ass town for weather. 55 degrees in April? Rainy, grey and 65 in June? Oh hell no...not for me.

sniperwolf 07-20-2005 05:20 PM

it's global warming dude!

hottoddy 07-20-2005 05:28 PM

Summer rain in deep SoCal isn't that uncommon. It gets some of the tropical/monsoon spillover from Mexico from time to time. Hot and sticky.
