Dang! I got fat! Gotta lose weight!
See what I get for trying to get healthy and quitting cigarettes? I put on 15 pounds!
Never been fat before am heading to the gym to pump iron. I feel for overweight people. I'm nowhere near obese and all I have is a bit of a gut but I can see now what heavy people must go through. |

I'm not fat but I'm trying to get back "into shape". Just stay away from junk food, eat in moderation and exercise. So far, it's working for me.

Yup, an active lifestyle is the most important thing.
If you keep your body moving, you'll be able to munch on what ever you desire. Start your day off with 50 sit-ups and end your day with the same. A strong core is the key, as far as I am concerned. |
I'm quite active as it is. Just haven't pumped iron since January. I had to stop exercising in Feb and that's when the pounds came on. Haven't gotten heavier thank goodness but I now know my maximum. If I change my eating regimen I'm sure I'll be able to burn off 5lbs a week as I have a high metabolism anyway.
It's funny that sometimes it's tough to get rid of fat and sometimes not. |
