I *use* to use aplus.net as my host. But last week they decided to suspend my account permanently.

Why you say?
Well apparently adult material is against their TOS(ok great since I asked your stupid fucking sales rep and he said no problem!).
Next dilemna, i'm not allowed to access my files to transfer to another host! FFS stupid mofo's! Another 2 days and finally the bunch of monkeys in admin offer to transfer the files to an ftp that i specify. Gee thanks guys.

I am quite pissed off, as I still have 8 months left on my contract!

Logged onto their online chat and asked the salesperson about plans etc then asked about adult material. This guy said "sure no problem so long as it is not child porn or beastiality". No worries, I don't have any of that shit on my site.

Took a screen shot and whipped it off to aplus.

And what do you know, apparently my site was suspended for using too much bandwidth (i was on 50% for the month) and using too much CPU time.

They also offered me a discount to change plans for the inconvenience caused by the "confusion". I've changed hosts now and am extremely happy with my new host (phatservers.net <-- facking fantastic crew there!!).

They don't allow adult... it's nothing new.

Aplus.net are based for the most part in Eastern Europe - not that this is bad thing by default, it's just that the man. team happen to be assholes...

I have seen some of the support people - they are pretty clueless and for the most part just plain dumb.

Those dickfags spammed me on my cell phone last christmas while i was on vacation.

used them before, they suck balls.

Its the same Russian guy always answering tech support. Almost like he never sleeps. Scary! lol
