Cheap laptop in the uk
 

Hi everyone

DO you know where i could get hold of a cheap laptop in the uk so i can sit in the garden and work :thumbsup

Dosent have to be too fast just be able to check emails. Update a few sites ect

There is no such thing as 'cheap something' in the UK (I just moved here from the US). I paid for a refurbished HP laptop $750 (new one was $900) - here in the UK (the new one) it costs 750 pounds. Find a good store online in the US that ships to Europe e.g. http://www.bhphotovideo.com

karlm, also check out http://misco.co.uk for some good deals or even check out the UK eBay site for some older models at really cheap prices.

I visited an electrical store, found a model i liked, got the model number and then google'd it for the best uk price i could find.. saved me £70 off the price on the high street..
