Tony, hows it going? How is Tony doing? While I didn't see an Autobahn for bikes per say, I noticed that the large sidewalks here in Germany are adequate enough to accomodate both pedestrians and several bikes traveling at high speeds. So, to answer your question, yes.

In other news, I gotta download ICQ, tell Tony to watch for me later, I have to give him some information on that new Trek graphite frame.
