HELP! Trying to add a CC to epass profile, but keep getting timeout error ???

I am trying to add a CC to my epass profile to fund my account, but the session keeps timing out when I click CC

anybody ever encountered this? How do I fix it? My cookies are enabled, so please don't tell me to enable cookies.

And the configuration test page on epass website says it is fine :(
